Repeat Prescription

Please use the form below to request a repeat prescription for your pet. This service is for pets receiving ongoing medication only.

It is a Royal College (RCVS) requirement; that our vets routinely see your pet in practice if they are to prescribe them with ongoing medication. If your pet is due this medication check a member of the team will contact you to book this in before further medication is prescribed.

Please note that if your pet hasn’t seen the vet in the last 6 months, then it is unlikely that your repeat prescription request will be authorised. Therefore we would kindly ask that you phone the practice and make an appointment for a 6 month check.

Please see the terms & conditions below for repeat medication ordering:

• If you have run out of a critical medication, please phone and speak to a member of our reception team.
• If your order is placed before 3pm from Monday to Wednesday, your medication should be available after two working days.
• Orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday should be available the following Monday.
• Orders placed Thursday and Friday should be available the following Monday and Tuesday respectfully.
• Bank holiday timings may vary. Please speak to our branch for an update of your order details during these times.
